Purpose
This Data Processing Addendum (DPA) applies where ViableVista processes personal data on behalf of clients in connection with the services we provide.
Roles
Where applicable:
- The Client acts as the Data Controller.
- ViableVista acts as the Data Processor.
Processing Activities
We process personal data only for the purpose of delivering the services agreed with our clients, which may include:
- Website development
- Hosting support
- SEO implementation
- Website maintenance
- Analytics configuration
- Lead generation systems
Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational security measures designed to protect personal data against unauthorized access, alteration, loss, misuse, or disclosure.
Confidentiality
Any employees, contractors, or subcontractors who have access to personal data are required to maintain strict confidentiality and process such data only as necessary to perform their duties.
Subprocessors
We may engage trusted third-party service providers to assist with delivering our services. Where applicable, we take reasonable steps to ensure that these providers maintain appropriate safeguards for personal data.
International Transfers
Where personal data is transferred across international borders, we will take reasonable measures to support compliance with applicable data protection laws and regulations.
Data Deletion
Upon request and subject to applicable legal or regulatory obligations, personal data processed on behalf of a client may be returned or securely deleted after the completion or termination of the engagement.
