Project Deposits
To begin work, most projects require an upfront deposit.
Project deposits are generally non-refundable because they reserve production time, planning resources, research, and project scheduling.
Website Development Projects
If a project is cancelled before work has started, we may issue a partial refund after deducting administrative and payment processing costs.
If work has already commenced, refunds will be based on the percentage of work completed.
Completed milestones, approved deliverables, strategy work, design work, development work, consultations, and other completed services are non-refundable.
Monthly Services
Monthly services such as SEO, Local SEO, Website Maintenance, AI Search Optimization, and Lead Generation operate on a recurring billing cycle.
Clients may cancel future billing by providing written notice before the next billing cycle.
Fees already paid for the current billing period are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Client Delays
If a client delays providing required information, approvals, or content for more than 30 consecutive days, the project may be placed on hold.
Projects inactive for more than 90 days may require rescheduling and may be subject to additional fees.
Chargebacks
If a payment dispute or chargeback is initiated without first contacting ViableVista to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to suspend all services until the matter is resolved.
Digital Services
Because our services involve professional expertise, strategy, consultation, design, development, and digital deliverables, completed work cannot be returned like physical goods.
Accordingly, completed services are generally non-refundable.
